Mr. Yongtu LONG pointed out that:
"In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry as soon as possible, we must strengthen the support of traditional manufacturing industry on the basis of continuous promotion of industrialization."

"China has a massive manufacturing industry. In terms of the international competition, the most competitive industry in China is still manufacturing industry. More than 46% of the manufacturing industry in the world is in China, which is a great advantage, so we have a great initiative. That is why China dare to propose a pattern of greater circulation in China. In terms of the manufacturing industry itself, we can form a relatively complete global industrial chain system in China, which other countries do not have. Therefore, over the years, we have spent a lot of energy on manufacturing and become a world factory. Form the point of now, we are farsighted."

"Now we need to prevent other countries, especially western countries, from blocking us in some high-end manufacturing industries. Huawei is an example, but to be honest, there are few high-tech industries like Huawei. We should see that even in terms of the system of high-tech industrial chains, China, the United States and other western countries are interdependent, and we can also block them."

"High-tech advanced manufacturing industry needs high investment, and high investment needs high return. However, how to get high return? High return is to commercialize the products created by high-tech advanced manufacturing industry, that is, to form a market, which is in China."

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has built the largest manufacturing industry system in the world, which has also transformed and upgraded our traditional manufacturing industry, and created huge business opportunities.

It is an irresistible trend for China's manufacturing industry to realize transformation and upgrading through the advanced manufacturing technology. "The manufacturing industry cannot develop itself completely in a closed way. It mainly depends on how making the manufacturing industry develop healthily under the support of new technology and new business model and form."

"Through certain development and extension, China's manufacturing industry can form a new development pattern."

"If made in China wants to become made in the world, only by importing the best parts and raw materials in the world can we make the best products and build a global brand. China can truly become a world power only by becoming the world's largest importer and exporter."

"In order to extend the industrial chain, the manufacturing industry can not only do the manufacturing link, but also conducts R&D and improve the added value. In addition, it shall grasp the upstream resources and be in the core position of the industrial chain, so that China's manufacturing industry will be more dynamic."

The advanced manufacturing technology will integrate the new generation of information technology, AI, industrial Internet and other high and new technologies with the traditional manufacturing industry, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the digital, intelligent and green development, which will undoubtedly reshape and rebuild the future of the manufacturing industry.

"It promotes the development through innovation and breaks through the trade barriers with technology, which is also a new direction for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area."

The key elements for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to achieve the construction goal of enhancing the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry and accelerating the structural adjustment of manufacturing industry are to accelerate the deep integration of Internet, big data, AI and real economy, promote the transformation, upgrading and optimized development of the manufacturing industry, strengthen industrial division and cooperation, promote the in-depth cooperation of upstream and downstream of industrial chain and the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry, and develop intelligent manufacturing equipment and products by focusing on the development of robots and its key parts, high-speed and high-precision machining equipment and intelligent complete sets of equipment.

The development goal of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is to gather the high-quality resources of two districts, one province and nine cities, build Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into an international science and technology innovation center with global influence and a world-class advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industry cluster area, and become the fourth world-class bay area after New York, San Francisco and Tokyo.

How will Greater Bay Area enterprises seize the opportunity to complete the transformation, upgrading and technological innovation? How should China's manufacturing enterprises expand the market under the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation with China's greater circulation as the core, and what kind of new market after epidemic will enterprises at home and abroad face?
